Rainier Overland Policies:

• Rates subject to change. State sales tax not included.
• Valid Credit card required to guarantee reservation.
• Rooms are guaranteed by 3:00 PM
• Check out time is 11:00 AM
• There is a $25 charge for room keys not returned.
• For your comfort and the comfort of others, Rainier Overland has a no smoking policy. (Smoking is permitted outside only.)
• In the event of damage/loss/smoking/pets; Rainier Overland reserves the right to charge your credit card for the appropriate repair, replacement, and/or cleaning expenses and evict violators of policies without refund.
• Cancellation Policy: Minimum of seven days notice is required, subject to a $ 10.00 processing fee. Less than seven days notice results in a charge of one night’s room rate plus sales tax.
